Beyond Toronto, there’s Scarborough– a suburb on the east end of the city overlooked by everyone except condo developers. Aging strip malls are targeted for redevelopment, but these neighbourhood malls play an essential role for community groups, especially for a senior mall walking club from Malvern Mall.
